Over 75 cake and baking enthusiasts joined us on the 25th March, as part of this year’s Eat Drink Perth festivities, for a cake decorating demo hosted by Kate from Blonde Baking Mama.
Kate showed participants how to decorate a textured ombre layer cake featuring a delicious Tiisch-espresso buttercream!
Participants learnt tips and tricks to take their cake decorating skills to the next level, as well as enjoying some coffee and cake after the workshop.
