  • Mimosa – Subiaco Section Waiter / Barista 20 hours – Thursday, Friday and weekends

Assistant Venue Manager

About the role
Corner Hospitality Group is seeking a hospitality legend to join us as Assistant Venue Manager for Tiisch. This role is hands on during service as well as assisting the Venue Manager in managing various aspects of venue operations.

This is an opportunity for the right person to have real input to staff culture through training and leading a team. Supported by a group Operations Manager and Marketing Lead, this role comes with supportive training and induction and continued mentorship.

What you need

  • A great personality
  • 6 – 12 months experience in a similar role or significant Supervisory experience
  • A passion for great food, beverage and customer experience
  • A sound understanding of business management
  • The desire to grow skills and overcome challenges in individuals, including yourself
  • Current RSA
  • The ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Great attention to detail
  • Flexible availability as we trade 7-days per week

Calling all experienced Chefs – Tiisch in the city is looking for a weekend chef to execute our new dinner menu and support our hugely popular bottomless brunch & lunch. Check out our menus here.
10-20 hours available, above award rates.
We’re looking for someone who has experience running a kitchen as sous chef or head chef, or someone willing to learn and grow.
We have a great training program, and importantly, we are a healthy hospitality community where we support one another and look after our team.
We have shifts on Saturday and Sunday (Saturday night essential) and the opportunity to grow into more shifts for the right person.
